Does Spellbound accept other returns?

Items in unused and resellable condition are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Exceptions include books, food, and personal care items (beard oil, lotion, etc).

What is “unused and resellable condition”?

Items are considered unused if they are unopened, have not been used as intended or otherwise, and have all of their original packaging in place. Items are considered resellable if they are in the same condition in which they were purchased. That means free of smoke, smells, pet fur or dander, damage, or other markings.

Does Spellbound accept non-receipted returns?

No, the original purchase receipt (in either email or text format) must be provided for a return to be considered.
